What's frustrating is that the app and flashing code clearly indicate it's an issue with the pinch sensor but that doesn't seem to be the case. I contacted customer support before hotwiring the pinch sensor and they directed me to an $80 pinch terminals + dfi kit to fix the pinch contacts issue.
